Under the Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) program, Level 2 licensed drivers have restrictions on the number of passengers and nighttime driving hours.
No more than one, under 21-year-old passenger UNLESS:
- Passenger is an immediate family member
- Driving with a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult over 21 years old
- Traveling to, from, or in the course of employment
- Traveling to or from an authorized activity
Cannot drive between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. UNLESS:
- Driving with a parent, legal guardian, or designated adult over 21 years old
- Traveling to, from, or in the course of employment
- Traveling to or from an authorized activity
